We believe that computer repair shouldn't cost more than buying a new computer. we also believe that customers should know what they are going to be charged before the Engineer has had a look at the problem, there are a lot of PC and Laptop repair companies that will charge you a call out fee and then charge you an hourly charge.
We don't, we charge a fixed fee of £35.00 and there is no call out fee, in the rare occasion that your PC or Laptop is beyond repair we don't charge a penny. we only make money by repairing the problem you are having.
We also offer a 14 day peace of mind period, meaning that if the problem returns within 14 days from the date of the repair we will happily take another look free of charge.
And don't forget we are a mobile service we come to you so no worrying that you would need to unplug you computer and bring it to us.
