There is no need to unplug your computer and transport it to us we provide on-site support, for home and business customers. Most faults can be rectified on-site but in the rare occasion we may have to take it back to our fully equipped workshop, most repairs are completed within 2 days and are dropped back off and reconnected. If you are not satisfied with the work that has been carried out you can contact the Engineer and if it is within 14 days from the date of the repair we will happily take another look free of charge.
